We're a ghostwriting studio for founders, executives, and authors whose voice is the work. We don't replace it. We protect it.
Our Thesis

Most writing doesn’t fail because it’s bad. It fails because it doesn’t sound like anyone.

In an AI era, polished copy is cheap. What’s scarce is a voice that sounds unmistakably like one human being — the person whose name is on the masthead.

Stet exists to preserve that voice. We write as you, for you, without erasing you.

Work with Us

Four ways to work together — from a single piece to embedded editorial leadership.

The Signal Piece

One piece of writing that sounds exactly like you. Built to anchor a keynote, a relaunch, or a flagship essay.

The Keynote

A talk that sounds like you, lands like a story, and travels past the room.

The Voice Retainer [3-month minimum]

Your public voice, fully handled. Four pieces a month. Monthly strategy. Always-on access.

Fractional Chief of Voice [6-month minimum]

One piece of writing that sounds exactly like you. Built to anchor a keynote, a relaunch, or a flagship essay.

Our Process

A quiet, disciplined way of working. Every engagement moves through the same four steps.

The Voice Intake: A 60–90 minute recorded conversation.

01

The Discovery: 30 minutes. No pitch deck, no hard sell.

02

The Work: We write. You react. We revise. We ship.

03

The Voice Doc: The source of truth for every draft.

Who We Work With

Three kinds of people come to us.

[The Founder]

Building a company and a public voice at the same time. The two are inseparable, and neither has time to be improvised. You need the LinkedIn presence, the board letter, the press statement, and the keynote — all to sound like the same human being.

[The Executive]

Running a function, a division, or a company. Your voice appears in internal memos, industry panels, op-eds, and investor updates — and every one of them should feel like it came from you. When it doesn't, trust erodes faster than you'd expect.

[The Author]

Working on a book, a speaking practice, a Substack, or all three. A public body of work that deserves someone protecting the through-line — and helping you keep writing when the calendar refuses to cooperate.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Meg.

I've spent nearly a decade writing in other people's voices — bestselling authors, Intel leadership, a $300M national brand. The work I keep coming back to is the interview: sitting with a founder or executive and listening for the story underneath the story. That's what Stet is built on — the belief that every voice worth writing in is worth protecting.

Selected Work

Most of our work is published under other people's names — and we're careful about that. A ghostwriter who won't keep a confidence isn't a ghostwriter you should hire.

On request, we can share representative samples in a discovery call.

  • No. We work with mission-driven companies and leaders — voices that take a stance and have something real to protect. We're especially at home with work on women's power and equity, caregiving and mental health, democracy, wellness, and the outdoors.

  • Straightforward, honest, and easy to be with. We take your voice as seriously as you do — and we run the work the same way.

  • Everything we write appears under your name. We sign NDAs as a standard addendum and describe our work only at a high level in our own marketing — the kind of company, the scale, the outcome. Never the name, unless you've asked us to.

  • That's the entire promise of the studio. The Voice Doc is updated monthly. We recalibrate quarterly against your own older writing. If anything drifts, we flag it before you do.

  • We use AI daily in our drafting process. It's how we scale without diluting. It never touches the voice intake, the strategic thinking, or the final polish — those are human, always. We can also teach your team to use it the same way.

  • A single Signal Piece — two weeks, one piece of writing. Most clients who start there convert into a Voice Retainer once they see what it's like to read something in their own voice that they didn't have to write.

  • Yes. That's what a Fractional Chief of Voice engagement is for — embedded editorial leadership across your whole organization. Founder voice, team voice, brand voice, all aligned.
